Prayojan turns a simple list of your interests into a never-ending YouTube feed — a personal, self-directed alternative to the recommendation algorithm. No account. No ads. No tracking.
Google Play — coming soon
Features
Everything in Prayojan starts from a list you control.
Type your interests one per line. Prayojan searches every topic, filters by duration, and shuffles results into one mixed queue — so consecutive videos come from different interests.
A vertical-swipe feed of short-form video drawn from the same interests — when you want something quick, it's one tab away.
Every video served is marked watched. No video is ever shown twice — across sessions, restarts, and tabs. Clear your history any time.
Press Home or Back while a video plays and it keeps going in a floating window while you do something else.
See exactly what's coming, jump to any item, and step back through your history — even in fullscreen.
No sign-up, no ads, no analytics. Interests, history, and settings live only on your device. The app asks for a single permission: internet.
How it works
Add interests as a simple list — street food, guitar, space, calculus — or start from the built-in samples.
It searches each interest in parallel, applies your duration cap, and interleaves the results into a single shuffled feed.
Skip what doesn't land, save what does, mark as watched. The feed keeps going until you say stop.
Sneak peek
Real captures from the app will live here closer to launch.
